Supports sized for the real load
Machine bases, pipe supports and cable racks are made for the load and movement they actually carry, including thermal movement on hot lines. Undersized supports are a slow problem, which is why they get missed.
Ready for checking at every stage
Work is staged and documented so your engineer or an outside inspector can clear it as it goes. Material certificates, weld records and dimensional checks are kept with the job.
Retrofit inside a live plant
Much of this work is added to a plant that is already running. We plan the access, lifting and hot work around operations rather than expecting operations to plan around us.
