Spools are made up in the yard from the isometrics, so site time goes on fit-up and closing welds, not cutting and grinding next to live equipment. Less hot work means fewer permits and a shorter window.

Planned around your shutdown
We work back from the date the line must be in service, agree what can be done before the plant comes down and what must wait, and mobilise to that plan. Where the shop stays running, we sequence around it.
Welds you can show an inspector
Welders are qualified on the process the job calls for, and welds are checked and tested wherever your drawing or inspector asks. Test reports and material certificates are compiled as the work goes.
Supports and racks included
Because we fabricate structures too, the supports, shoes, guides and any new rack steel come from the same team. You are not lining up a pipe contractor and a steel contractor against each other’s dates.
