A supervisor comes with the gang
Each team has its own supervisor who takes the day’s instruction from your engineer, runs the crew against it and sends a progress note at the end of the shift.
The paperwork stays on our side
Wages, attendance, PF and ESI records and the statutory registers are ours to keep. You deal with one invoice and one contact, not a file for every worker.
Scale up, then release
A shutdown needs forty hands for three weeks and eight for the rest of the year. We put the numbers in when the work is there and take them out when it is done.

A rate per trade, per day or per month, or a fixed price against a defined scope.

Need this outside India?
Crews are selected, trade tested and documented in India, then travel with a GGT supervisor who stays on site with them.
